When my parents and I came to Belgium, we had big dreams, but also many uncertainties. Everything was new: the language, the rules, the financial system. I saw how they struggled with insurance, without anyone to truly guide them. They made mistakes, not out of unwillingness, but due to a lack of clear information.
I don't want anyone to experience that feeling of uncertainty.
